GIFT VOUCHER POLICY
Cosmetic Doctors Skin & Hair Clinic & Eminence Beauty

Effective Date: 8 November 2025
Applies To: All clients attending our clinic under any of our operating brands.

1. Our Brands and Services

Cosmetic Doctors Skin & Hair Clinic (Parent Brand)
Premium cosmetic, skin, laser and medical aesthetic services delivered by qualified cosmetic doctors, including:
• Cosmetic injectables
• Advanced skin treatments
• Medical-grade laser
• Skin and hair restoration treatments
• Cosmetic doctor consultations

Eminence Beauty
Beauty-only services including:
• Waxing
• Brows
• Lashes
• Tanning
• Skin treatments (non-medical)
• Laser hair removal
• Ultraceuticals retail products

2. Types of Gift Vouchers We Accept

A. Cosmetic Doctors Skin & Hair Clinic Gift Vouchers
• Redeemable for any Cosmetic Doctors service at participating locations.
• Not valid for third‑party provider services.

B. Eminence Beauty Gift Vouchers
• Valid only at Eminence Beauty.
• Redeemable only for beauty services listed under Eminence Beauty.
• Cannot be transferred, upgraded, or used for premium or medical services.
• Not valid at Cosmetic Doctors Skin & Hair Clinic.
• Cannot be used for injectables, doctor treatments, or advanced medical services.

3. Vouchers Issued Before 8 November 2025 (Previous Ownership)

• Valid only for original Eminence Beauty services offered before 08/11/2025.
• Not eligible for upgrades or use under Cosmetic Doctors services.
• Cannot be converted to store credit or transferred between brands.
• Current management is not responsible for lost, altered, or unauthorised vouchers issued previously.
• Fraudulent or suspicious vouchers may be voided at our discretion.

4. General Terms of Use

• Non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash.
• Non-transferable between brands or individuals.
• Must be presented at time of service.
• Subject to appointment availability.
• Cannot be used with some promotions unless stated.
• Cannot be redeemed outside their originating brand.

5. Fraud Prevention & Management Rights

We may:
• Request proof of purchase or ID.
• Decline invalid, altered, or unlawfully obtained vouchers.
• Restrict usage where misuse is suspected.

6. Client Acknowledgment & Indemnity

By redeeming a voucher, the client agrees:
• To comply with this Gift Voucher Policy.
• That our brands are not liable for vouchers issued before 08/11/2025 without proper records.
• To indemnify all brands against disputes arising from old or third‑party vouchers.
